Sales Consultant

T-10 Construction, a reputable construction company based in the Twin Cities Metro area since 2017, seeks a motivated Sales Representative to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales activities to meet minimum monthly sales quotas.
- Prospect and contact potential customers through various channels.
- Perform residential and commercial property inspections to identify sales opportunities.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships with clients.
- Attend regular company meetings and training sessions.
- Represent T-10 Construction by wearing company-branded apparel and promoting the brand through vehicle decals.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Generate retail estimates for customers.
- Travel throughout MN, WI, IA regions to expand business reach.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
- Strong deadline-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Coachable and self-driven mindset.
