Job Summary:

As a Membership Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue for 24 Hour Fitness. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for fitness. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we want to hear from you

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that all members feel valued and supported.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, resulting in increased sales and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • 1-2+ years of retail or fitness sales experience.

Compensation:

Estimated annual salary: $35,416 - $39,432 per year (based on hourly pay range: $17.15 - $19.06). Benefits include medical/dental/vision benefits, paid time off, sickness benefits, employee assistance program, basic group life and AD&D insurance, and a 401k savings and investment plan.
