As a vital member of our healthcare team at Sutter Health, the Licensed Vocational Nurse II will deliver essential nursing services under the direct oversight of a registered nurse (RN) or physician. This role is pivotal in ensuring that patient care aligns with the legal scope of practice and adheres to established standards of care, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Preoperative and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).
2. Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.
3. Maintain a high level of technical competence in Endoscopy procedures and equipment management.
4. Uphold the standards of practice for Vocational Nursing while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Qualifications:
