Key Responsibilities:

4. Design and create tooling and fixtures.
5. Establish quality assurance processes that comply with stringent aerospace regulations.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably within the aerospace sector, with a focus on leadership and mentorship.
- Familiarity with aerospace quality standards.
- Experience in continuous improvement and/or lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
