Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Focused Factory Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and drive continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing all aspects of the focused factory, including productivity, quality, and safety, to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement long-range plans for capital and operational budgets
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety
  • Monitor and maintain productivity, quality, and safety metrics
  • Direct resources to ensure timely implementation of new products
  • Manage costs and personnel to ensure planned profits are met
  • Review and monitor ISO processes to ensure compliance
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree
  • 6+ years of manufacturing experience in supervision, engineering, or other management/leadership area
