Bilingual Business Development Manager

Our agency, Helen Onwuzulike - State Farm Agency in Smyrna, GA is seeking a motivated and results-driven Bilingual Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
We are offering a competitive base salary of $45,000 per year, plus a monthly commission program that can increase earnings by up to 50%. Additionally, we provide medical and life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan after one year of employment, paid time off, and valuable experience with growth potential within our office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services. They will establish customer relationships and follow up as needed, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. This includes responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a Bilingual (Spanish/English) requirement, property & casualty and L/H licenses preferred, sales experience outside or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing preferred. You should also have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and able to multi-task effectively.
