We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Residential Aide - Parenting Women to join our team. As a key member of our inpatient program, you will provide essential support services to patients, promoting a safe and recovery-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients
  • Work collaboratively with the treatment team to provide comprehensive care
  • Provide advocacy and facilitate access to community resources and sober support systems
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient files
  • Support and implement agency policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with addiction and recovery issues
  • CPR/1st Aid certification
  • Current driver's license and car insurance
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
Working Environment

Our inpatient program provides a supportive and structured environment for patients to focus on their recovery. As a Residential Aide - Parenting Women, you will work closely with the treatment team to provide individualized care and support.
