The monitor also acts as a liaison between the golf course and the management team, maintaining open lines of communication regarding course conditions and player needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the pace of play on the golf course
  • Respond to emergencies and communicate issues promptly
  • Identify and report any unusual activities on the course (e.g., unauthorized individuals, pets, or improper use of carts)
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of restroom facilities
  • Collect litter and maintain the aesthetics of the course
  • Address customer service inquiries and requests

(e.g., lost equipment, cart issues, refreshment requests)

  • Secure the golf course at the end of operational hours

Qualifications

Education
