Physical Therapy Clinic Manager

As a Clinic Director, you'll be responsible for leading our team through ATI's mission, vision, and values to develop a high-performing team that consistently delivers growth and extraordinary customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic, supervise clinic staff, and oversee patient treatment.
- Meet or exceed clinic goals related to operational performance metrics as directed by your manager.
- Responsible for clinic staffing levels, serving as a liaison between clinic staff and district leadership team, and cultivating relationships with patients and the community.
- Support the development of team members to ensure high performance, including providing critical feedback and annual performance development discussions.
- Develop individualized plans of care and treat patients through all phases of physical therapy with an emphasis on compassionate, comprehensive, and evidence-based approaches.
