About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to join our team at Granite Hills Group. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for supervising and training a team of 2-4 crew members in all aspects of landscape management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train crew members in landscape management, including weed control, mowing, fertilization application, blowing, trash removal, and raking.
  • Motivate and inspire team members daily to ensure high-quality work and excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with Operations Managers to schedule, monitor, and report daily workloads.
  • Manage the overall quality of assigned commercial landscape properties.
  • Foster a strong culture of safety, collaboration, teamwork, and excellence on the crew.
  • Safely drive a truck and may or may not include a trailer.
  • Manage job hours and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Basic working knowledge and understanding of irrigation systems.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience supervising a landscape maintenance crew with a minimum of 2 employees.
  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and bend and stoop on a routine basis.
  • Valid NC Driver's license, pass a pre-employment and annual MVR check, and maintain a good driving record.
  • Adhere to Granite Hills Group handbook policies and procedures.
