Aveanna Private Duty Nurse RN

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Private Duty Nurse for low acuity infants. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes, working closely with our patients and their families to ensure the highest level of care and support.
Responsibilities- Implement physician-prescribed plans of care for our patients
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with our multidisciplinary team
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians
- Document care provided in our electronic system of record
- Provide health education and training to family members
- Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required, and obtain co-signature from Case Manager
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
