Salary Information

We offer competitive salaries starting at $33.90-$46.40 per hour, based on experience, shift, and qualifications. This salary range includes a $3.40/hr Michigan Direct Care Incentive, a $2.00/hr Perfect Attendance Bonus, and a $5.00/hr weekend warrior program.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and provide nursing care for residents, including administering medications and performing treatments.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver quality patient care.
  • Document resident conditions and nursing needs, accurately and promptly implementing physicians' orders.
  • Participate in orientation and in-service training for personnel, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent care.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management, always maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
