Total Renal Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team as a Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis Nurse.


Job Overview

This role involves delivering high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. Responsibilities

  • Deliver dialysis care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
  • Prior experience in ICU, Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings preferred
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $95,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
