- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an orthopedic setting, with expertise in modalities, exercises, and isokinetic equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams and patients.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and other software applications.
