We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Purple Mountain Physical Therapy in Grand Rapids, Michigan. As a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, providing personalized and comprehensive care to help them achieve optimal health and wellness.
About the RoleThis is a full-time or part-time opportunity for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about pelvic health and committed to delivering exceptional clinical care. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients, using a whole-body approach to treatment that combines manual therapy, rehabilitative ultrasound, neuromotor training, and other evidence-based techniques.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized and comprehensive physical therapy care to patients with pelvic health conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient
- Work collaboratively with patients to educate them on proper movement and exercise techniques, pain management, and other aspects of pelvic health
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in pelvic health physical therapy, and incorporate this knowledge into your practice
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, and participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities

- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development, with a passion for staying current with the latest research and best practices in pelvic health physical therapy
