Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful execution of electrical projects, coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and quality standards.

As an Electrical Project Coordinator, you will develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, monitor project budgets and forecasts, review and approve vendor and subcontractor invoices, and track project profitability.

You will also lead and motivate project teams, including electricians and foremen, conduct regular meetings to provide updates and address issues, and ensure all projects meet contractual requirements, company quality standards, and adhere to safety regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Planning & Coordination:
    • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
    • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Identify and resolve project challenges promptly.
  • Budget & Cost Management:
    • Monitor project budgets and forecasts.
    • Review and approve vendor and subcontractor invoices.
    • Track project profitability and ensure cost control measures are in place.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate project teams, including electricians and foremen, to achieve project goals.
    • Conduct regular meetings to provide updates and address issues.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance:
    • Ensure all projects meet contractual requirements, company quality standards, and adhere to safety regulations.
    • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and industry standards.
  • Client Relations:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Address client concerns promptly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Prepare project progress reports for stakeholders.
    • Maintain detailed records, including contracts, change orders, and project documentation.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year
