We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Supply Chain Coordinator at Vallen. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of products, goods, and materials to our customers.

About the Role:
  • Perform procurement activities to ensure the customer's current and anticipated demand for products and materials are met and aligned with our purchasing strategies.
  • Research, assess, and make recommendations for vendors and/or specific items of request to ensure they comply with specifications and meet the customer's quality, pricing, and delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Place purchase requisitions and vendor purchase orders.
  2. Maintain and cultivate relationships with one or more suppliers, vendors, and assigned customers.
  3. Identify opportunities for and document customer cost savings.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of experience in the field of Procurement preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum
