About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator to join our team at pladis Global.

This is a full-time position, and we estimate the salary to be around $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels of all equipment, parts, and facilities-related materials in the Maintenance Department.
  • Coordinate, organize, and maintain all parts inventory relating to machinery and parts for facilities maintenance functions.
  • Order, stock, and receive parts, ensuring accuracy in database and interaction with vendors.
  • Procure supplies needed for maintenance projects.
  • Maintain the maintenance database utilizing Navision for parts inventory.
  • Sustain spare parts inventory control and order management.
  • Perform annual and cyclic inventory audits.
  • Adhere to all safety and GMP rules and regulations.
  • E nsure all tasks and functions of the position are performed safely, following procedures and requirements.
  • Contribute to food safety and quality, reporting any issues to personnel with authority.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in inventory control and project work.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Good mechanical aptitude and machine parts nomenclature knowledge.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; further education preferred.
  • Education in HACCP (Food Safety) and Food Quality required.
