Job Summary

The Chiropractic Navigator is a key role within our healthcare team, responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to our chiropractor service line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Guidance & Advocacy: Greet patients, assist with intake, ensure smooth clinic flow, and address questions related to care plans.
  • Patient Education: Provide information on chiropractic treatments and document concerns.
  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and maintain accurate EHR records.
  • Checkout Support: Assist with checkouts, schedule follow-ups, and collect payments as needed.
  • Room Prep & Maintenance: Set up, clean, and sanitize treatment rooms, ensuring necessary equipment is ready.
  • Chiropractor Assistance: Support treatments by positioning patients, handing equipment, and applying therapeutic modalities.
  • Equipment & Supply Management: Monitor and restock supplies, ensure equipment is sanitized and functioning.
  • Patient Safety & Compliance: Adhere to clinic policies and regulations for patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • High school graduate/GED
  • Reception experience preferred
  • Medical Secretary training preferred
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
