Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN or Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at the Pillager Clinic. As a LPN or Certified Medical Assistant, you will provide direct patient care, perform routine assessments, and assist with procedures and medication administration. You will work closely with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans and coordinate follow-up appointments and referrals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including routine assessments, vital sign measurements, and symptom observation.
  • Assist with procedures, such as lab draws, swabs, and urine collection and processing.
  • Administer prescribed medications, including injections and oral drugs, and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Coordinate follow-up appointments and referrals.
Requirements:
  • Current registration or certification as a Medical Assistant.
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant Program, with certification required within one year of hire.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the relevant state.
