Key Responsibilities
  • Transport deceased individuals from hospitals, nursing homes, residences, and other locations to our mortuary or funeral home facilities.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our transport vehicles, ensuring they are always in good working condition.
  • Adhere to all state and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, to ensure the highest level of service and care.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of our facilities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license in good standing and an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 150 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with families and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
