Position Overview
This role requires a commitment of 3 days in the office (Tuesday to Thursday).

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and facilitate the interim process for ordering raw materials.
- Validate the receipt of purchase requisitions for raw materials.
- Track and confirm the conversion of purchase requisitions into purchase orders.
- Generate and dispatch purchase orders to suppliers using SAP as necessary.
- Ensure suppliers acknowledge receipt of purchase orders and confirm delivery schedules.
- Communicate any delivery delays or material shortages to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and verify the timely completion of goods receipts.
- Address and manage changes or discrepancies in raw material purchase orders within SAP.
- Assist with invoicing and resolve issues related to defective materials.
- Provide support in resolving conflicts between the company and suppliers.
- Develop and implement best practices to align with business requirements, while keeping stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and issues.
- Elevate supply continuity concerns to the Senior Procurement Manager when additional support is required.
- Offer backup assistance to the Procurement Operations team as needed.
- Lead process development and problem-solving initiatives.
- Participate in special project assignments.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
- Intermediate to advanced analytical capabilities.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
