Your Profile

Security-Cleared Expert: You possess an active Top Secret security clearance, demonstrating your reliability and trustworthiness. A Personal Identification Verification (PIV) badge is advantageous.

Experienced Professional: With a minimum of 7 years in active construction environments, you are adept in design management, including development, reviews, coordination, and reporting.

Global Citizen: You are willing to undertake extended international assignments (1 – 4 years) and hold a valid passport. You are up-to-date on vaccinations, including COVID-19, or are prepared to comply for travel purposes.

Technical Proficient: Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD and/or Revit is essential. Knowledge of ProjNet and the OBO IDR Review Process is a plus.

Effective Communicator: You possess strong verbal and written communication skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Organized and Detail-Oriented: You effectively track construction progress using Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), ensuring high-quality outputs.

Knowledgeable: Holding a bachelor’s or advanced degree in architecture, you are well-versed in the entire construction project lifecycle, including integration, scope management, and stakeholder engagement.

Additional Experience: While not mandatory, familiarity with commercial and government construction, contract vehicles, and RFP responses will set you apart.

Our Mission:

The Department of State (DOS) Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) aims to provide secure and functional facilities representing the U.S. Government. Fusion ESG plays a crucial role in supporting this mission through expert project management and engineering services, ensuring the successful execution of construction projects that embody American values and excellence.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design, install, and maintain government construction projects of varying scales.
  • Supervise construction teams and oversee the installation of systems in both new and renovated facilities.
  • Conduct design reviews and update construction monitoring processes.
  • Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) promptly.
  • Ensure consistency with project requirements and maintain accountability for task execution.
  • Collaborate with project team members, providing subject matter expertise.
  • Communicate effectively with the Fusion Technology Project Management Office (PMO) regarding project issues.
  • Safeguard classified materials and adhere to security training requirements.
