Candidate Profile
As a qualified candidate, you possess an active Top Secret security clearance, showcasing your trustworthiness. You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management, including expertise in design management, coordination, and reporting.
Travel readiness is essential, as you are open to extended overseas assignments and hold a valid passport. You are up-to-date on vaccinations and prepared for international travel requirements.
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and/or Revit is expected, along with strong communication skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office products. Your organizational skills enable you to track construction progress effectively using Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Design, implement, and maintain government construction projects of varying scales.
- Supervise construction teams and oversee the installation of systems in both new and renovated facilities.
- Conduct design reviews and update construction monitoring processes.
- Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and ensure task completion aligns with project specifications.
- Collaborate with project team members, including end-users and contractors, to provide subject matter expertise.
- Maintain accountability for the successful execution of assigned responsibilities.
- Communicate effectively with the Project Management Office (PMO) regarding project updates and issues.
- Safeguard classified materials and participate in required security training.
