We are seeking skilled professionals to join our Production Teams at Benshaw Inc. as Mechanical Assembly and Skilled Labor resources.

Job Summary:

Under general supervision, this role will utilize hand tools and electric tools to mount parts, fabricate sheet metal enclosures, assemble power stacks, and install power wire and/or wire harness for various products according to job shop instructions and company workmanship standards. The ideal candidate will possess a basic understanding of measuring to 1/32nd of an inch with a temp measurer, torque tolerance, and hardware assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mount parts and fabricate sheet metal enclosures using hand tools and electric tools.
  • Assemble power stacks and install power wire and/or wire harness according to job shop instructions.
  • Meet quality and productivity standards within the team.
  • Work independently to complete milestones and demonstrate good time-management skills.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve quality, safety, customer service, and teamwork goals.


Requirements:

  • High School Degree or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years' demonstrated fabrication, sheet metal, carpentry, or related experience.
  • Possess basic understanding of measuring, torque tolerance, and hardware assembly.
  • Ability to work independently and meet quality and productivity standards.
  • Strong commitment to quality, safety, customer service, and teamwork.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with greenlee punches, plasma cutters, and other metal punches.
  • Demonstrated ability in electro-mechanical processes for fabricating and assembling control panels.


Technical degree related to wiring or electro-mechanical assembly is preferred.
