As a Cruise Sales Team Leader, you will oversee a dedicated sales team comprising yourself and two Sales Assistants. Your primary responsibilities will include closing sales, surpassing sales objectives, and expanding a profitable portfolio of clients. In this position, you will benefit from the support of two Sales Assistants who will assist you in focusing on sales activities.
Key Responsibilities as a Cruise Sales Team Leader include:
- Utilizing your time management expertise to engage with prospective travelers, research optimal itineraries, and secure bookings for exceptional cruise and land vacations.
- Following up with clients to enhance their reservations with air travel, insurance, accommodations, pre/post packages, shore excursions, and additional services.
- Responding to cruise inquiries generated from our industry-leading website.
- Reconnecting with previous guests to arrange new cruise and land travel experiences.
- Employing consultative sales techniques to deliver tailored recommendations.
- Leveraging both online and offline resources to craft personalized travel suggestions.
- Achieving and exceeding team performance goals, including sales metrics and activity levels.
- Effectively managing your time to meet daily sales targets.
- Documenting ongoing sales activities using Salesforce.
- Collaborating with your two dedicated Sales Assistants to surpass sales goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in selling cruises and/or travel products.

- Experience with CRM systems for documenting daily activities (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.
