Position Summary

We are in search of a meticulous accountant with expertise in accounts receivable to contribute to our financial team. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing, categorizing, calculating, and documenting accounts receivable information, including the management of invoices, credit notes, and customer payments.
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure accurate client billing, confirming amounts, and recording financial transactions.
  • Maintaining precise records of incoming payments and overseeing multiple payment methods.

Candidate Profile

The successful applicant will possess:

  • A high school diploma or GED; preference will be given to candidates with an advanced degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) in Accounting or Finance.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in accounts receivable.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
