Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate insurance plans and benefits

- Address and resolve issues with insurance claim rejections or denials
- Gather data for reporting and analysis
- Support individuals responsible for payments in organizing financial arrangements
- Liaise with insurance providers regarding necessary clinical information
Required Qualifications
A foundational understanding of basic grammar and mathematical concepts typically acquired through high school education is necessary, with additional postsecondary education being advantageous. A minimum of two years of experience in hospital service access, clinical service access, or billing and collections is essential.
