Behavioral Health Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) at Midwood Addiction Treatment. As a BHT, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our clinical program.
Main Responsibilities- Complete daily assignments as directed, fulfilling responsibilities as a Behavioral Health Technician.
- Communicate and document all client concerns promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor to ensure customer satisfaction and positive interactions with clients.
- Ensure that immediate client needs are met and provide redirection when necessary, always treating clients with respect.
- Report any adverse client behaviors and concerns promptly to the appropriate parties.
- CPR and Standard First Aid certification preferred
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Strong commitment to client care, safety, and satisfaction
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills who is passionate about making a positive impact and contributing to the well-being of clients. Previous experience as a Behavioral Health Technician or in a similar clinical setting would be advantageous.
