Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care to promote optimal health or support a peaceful death.
- Collaborate with physicians and other team members to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journey.
- Accept responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care in accordance with current policies and procedures.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
- Experience: One to two years relevant experience in oncology services, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: Current RN license in appropriate state, required. ACLS, preferred.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters teamwork, engagement, and community involvement.
