Job Overview
Mentors play a vital role at HEALTH CONNECT AMERICA, INC in providing essential support to clients and their families. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for offering guidance and assistance to individuals, promoting self-improvement and helping them overcome various challenges. Your duties may include serving as a role model, providing transportation, and collaborating with other service providers.

About the Role
This position requires a high school education and is suitable for active students pursuing degrees in Human Services. We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals who can provide quality mentoring services and make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities
- Provide mentoring services to assigned clients and their families.
- Serve as a role model and offer support to other service providers to enhance service delivery.
- Offer transportation services and escort individuals to appointments or recreational activities.
- Participate in the resolution of school problems and provide case management to assist other workers/staff on the case.

Requirements
- At minimum, a high school education with experience in volunteer or actual work with children and families.
- It is preferred that mentors are active students in a bachelor's Degree Program in the Human Services field such as Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, etc., and be in their junior year of a four-year degree program.
