Job Description

We are seeking experienced Behavior Technicians to join our team in providing direct ABA interventions to clients under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with children on the autism spectrum and a commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide direct ABA treatment to clients to increase skills, decrease problem behaviors, and strengthen behavioral supports
* Work closely with supervising BCBA and other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
* Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA
* Collect data and document client records to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions
* Communicate regularly with parents, supervisors, and others to inform and improve treatment plans
* Provide services to clients in home, school, or other locations as agreed upon
* May require driving between clients

Qualifications

* 1-2 years experience working with children preferred (caregiver, paraprofessional, daycare, etc)
* Obtained or pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in psychology, teaching, or related field preferred
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
* Ability to pass background check
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
* Passion for helping others

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek.
