Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our protein processing facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are produced while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise production employees to optimize quality, service, and efficiency
  • Coordinate with business partners to ensure seamless product flow
  • Lead efforts in loss prevention, risk management, and USDA compliance
  • Train and develop employees to achieve maximum quality and productivity
  • Ensure employees meet performance measurement standards and communicate with employees regarding pertinent information
  • Work with the Operation Manager to maintain knowledge of yields, quality, and variances
  • Perform routine inspections and take corrective action as necessary
Requirements
  • 3+ years progressive leadership experience in commercial food operations
  • Previous food processing experience, supervisory experience, and manufacturing knowledge
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and industry product reporting systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus
