Developmental Therapist

Soar Autism Center is seeking a skilled Developmental Therapist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona.
Job DescriptionWe are dedicated to providing high-quality care to children with autism and their families. As a Developmental Therapist, you will play a vital role in our mission-driven care model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the profession's rigorous standards
- Implement intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles
- Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework
- Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification
Qualifications:
- Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program, with a focus on Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
- Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Soar provides paid training)
- Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
