Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Making appointments and managing the scheduling process
  • Checking in and out clients and their pets
  • Managing the front desk and reception area
  • Providing administrative support to the veterinary team

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a veterinary or medical office setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical software
