Veterinary Receptionist

AmeriVet Services LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate veterinary receptionist to provide exceptional patient care and administrative support in our fast-paced, multi-doctor general practice.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls and responding to client inquiries
• Making appointments and managing the front-end of the practice
• Checking patients in and out, and performing other administrative tasks
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for clients and their pets

Additionally, you may have the opportunity to assist veterinarians in exam rooms and participate in animal handling, depending on your interests and skills.
