Job Summary:
IMA Clinical Research is seeking a licensed MD or DO, board-certified in internal medicine, to take on the position of Research Lead Physician.
This role provides flexibility with part-time or 1099 arrangements.
The ideal candidate must possess either a DO or MD degree and hold board certification. Previous experience as a Principal Investigator in pharmaceutical industry-sponsored trials is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff and allocate responsibilities as needed.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation to Sponsors and Institutional Review Boards (IRB).
- Maintain active licenses for Principal Investigator/Sub-Investigator roles.
- Conduct and oversee clinical research investigations.
- Screen potential participants according to study criteria.
- Ensure compliance with thorough documentation standards.
- Evaluate and report safety data and any protocol-related issues.
- MD or DO degree
- Active medical license
- Prior experience as a Principal Investigator in pharmaceutical clinical trials
