Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our team at Marin Community Clinics. As a Medical Scribe, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare providers by accurately documenting patient information in our electronic health records (EHRs).
Responsibilities:- Accurately document patient information in the EHR, including medical history, physical exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Assist healthcare providers with documentation during patient visits, ensuring that all necessary information is captured.
- Review and update patient records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
