Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our team at Marin Community Clinics. As a Medical Scribe, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare providers by accurately documenting patient information in our electronic health records system.


Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Accurately documenting patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans.
  • Assisting healthcare providers with documentation and data entry.
  • Ensuring that all patient information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure that patient care is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronic health records systems.
