Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Operator Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our cleanroom facilities, ensuring that all activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and technical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operation of cleanroom facilities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a team of technical personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of the cleanroom and production line.
  • Participate in training and mentoring of Cleanroom Operator staff.
  • Ensure that all staff are aware of and comply with MPSs, Controlled Environmental Clean room, and Safety guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Equivalent educational and professional experience and training associated in a highly technical/engineering environment.
  • Good mechanical skills, excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Well-organized with attention to detail, able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis throughout shift.
