About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, develop a team selling environment, and execute sales-driving initiatives.
  • Customer Experience: Train store staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences, exceed customer expectations, and achieve a high Net Promoter Score.
  • Operational Excellence: Assist the management team in ensuring proper staffing, training store staff on internal operational functions, and implementing store programs to increase efficiencies.
  • Leadership: Model company values, lead by example, and communicate priorities and sales-driving information effectively to ensure store staff is equipped to maximize business.
  • Performance: Support the management team in achieving store business plans, including sales, customer service, and operational goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales experience.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to train and develop high-performing store teams.
  • Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
Work Environment

This role requires the ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
