Position Summary:

RWJBH is in search of an Advanced Practice Clinician to join our Neuro Surgery Department. This is a full-time position with evening hours (40 hours/week).

Role Responsibilities:

The Advanced Practice Clinician is equipped with the training to assess patients, identify medical conditions, administer treatment, and perform medical duties under the guidance of supervising physicians.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Valid license as a registered professional nurse in New Jersey with certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse from the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
  • Master's degree in nursing is mandatory. OR Valid license as a registered Physician Assistant in New Jersey with NCCPA certification.
  • Graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant program with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Graduate Certificate.
  • Two to five years of pertinent clinical experience is essential.
  • BLS certification is required.
  • ACLS certification is required.
