Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will support general office duties, such as ordering supplies, filing, mail/postage, and assist with issuing and maintaining records of PO's, coding and posting invoices, maintaining statements, journaling receipts & deposits.

Responsibilities
  1. Greet clients and visitors with a positive attitude
  2. Perform various administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans
  3. Prepare meeting and training rooms
  4. Answer phones professionally and route calls as necessary
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience within a professional office setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Good time management skills
Estimated Salary Range

$40,000 - $44,000 per year, based on location and experience.
