Job DescriptionThe Administrative Assistant will support general office duties, such as ordering supplies, filing, mail/postage, and assist with issuing and maintaining records of PO's, coding and posting invoices, maintaining statements, journaling receipts & deposits.
Responsibilities- Greet clients and visitors with a positive attitude
- Perform various administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans
- Prepare meeting and training rooms
- Answer phones professionally and route calls as necessary
- Minimum 2 years' experience within a professional office setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good time management skills
$40,000 - $44,000 per year, based on location and experience.
