We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead and manage multiple mechanical projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards. As the primary point of contact, you will maintain strong relationships with clients and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple mechanical projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and addressing any variances promptly.
  • Manage teams and provide direction and support to ensure effective collaboration and performance.
  • Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Promote a culture of safety on the job site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and practices.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
  • Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project, utilizing strong analytical skills and resourcefulness.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in mechanical project management, particularly in commercial settings.
  • Knowledge and experience with piping for Mechanical and plumbing systems.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams and complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical design principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Project budgeting skills.
  • Organized with exceptional prioritization skills and the ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities.
  • Time management skills; able to complete commitments in an accurate and timely manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • HVAC &/or MEP Experience.
  • HVAC experience.
  • Experience and knowledge with Piping for Mechanical and/or Plumbing Systems.
