Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Providence Little Co of Mary Medical Ctr-San Pedro. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU).
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient's vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in the state of California.
- At least 1 year of experience in critical care nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
