Job Summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance and Risk Management Professional to join our team. As an AML Core Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of risk and compliance within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance and Implement Best-in-Class Support: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our support services.
  • Provide Expert-Level PowerPoint Presentations: Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders.
  • Support Global Technology for CRIU PSS: Provide technical support and expertise for our global technology platforms, including KMT, ELC, AI, and SharePoint.
  • Provide Expert-Level PowerPoint Creation Support for PSS Leadership: Develop and deliver high-quality PowerPoint presentations that support the needs of our PSS leadership team.
  • Support Updates to the Knowledge Management Tool (KMT) and Subsites: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the timely and effective update of our KMT and subsites.
  • Provide Support and Backup Coverage as a Technical Resource for SharePoint: Provide technical support and expertise for our SharePoint platform, including backup coverage for critical tasks.
  • Act as a Problem Solver for Technical Needs within the Global CRIU PSS Team: Identify and resolve technical issues that impact the effectiveness of our global CRIU PSS team.
  • Manage the Permissions Process for the KMT: Develop and implement strategies to ensure the effective management of permissions for our KMT.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders and Sponsors of All Organizational Levels: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and sponsors across all levels of our organization.
  • Provide Support for Staff to Adhere to Global Standardized Citi Protocols for Document Management: Develop and deliver training and support to ensure that staff adhere to our global standardized protocols for document management.
  • Act as a Technical Resource for SharePoint, Collaborate, and Other Technology Administration as Needed: Provide technical support and expertise for our SharePoint, Collaborate, and other technology platforms as needed.
  • Support Multiple Projects with Cross-Business, Cross-Functional, or Global Impact: Collaborate with stakeholders to support multiple projects that have cross-business, cross-functional, or global impact.
  • Demonstrate the Ability to Distill Complex Information for Practical Application: Develop and deliver high-quality content that effectively communicates complex information to stakeholders.
  • Adhere to Global Standardized Citi Protocols for Document Management: Ensure that all document management activities are conducted in accordance with our global standardized protocols.
  • Manage New and Additional Duties as Assigned: Take on new and additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • 5-8 Years of Relevant Experience: Possess a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in compliance and risk management.
  • 2+ Years of Website Maintenance Experience Preferred: Possess a minimum of 2+ years of experience in website maintenance, preferably in a compliance and risk management context.
  • 2+ Years of AML Experience: Possess a minimum of 2+ years of experience in AML, preferably in a compliance and risk management context.
  • Advanced Level of SharePoint 2019/SPOL, MS Office Suite, and Website Maintenance: Possess an advanced level of proficiency in SharePoint 2019/SPOL, MS Office Suite, and website maintenance.
  • Consistently Demonstrates Clear and Concise Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders.
  • Self-Motivated and Detail-Oriented: Possess a high level of self-motivation and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word - Ability to Learn Multiple System Applications Quickly: Possess a high level of proficiency in Excel and Word, with the ability to learn multiple system applications quickly.
Education
  • Bachelor's/University Degree or Equivalent Experience: Possess a Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong Verbal and Writing Skills: Possess excellent verbal and writing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders.
  • Support VOE Initiatives within the PSS Function Both Tampa and Global: Collaborate with stakeholders to support VOE initiatives within the PSS function, both in Tampa and globally.
  • Provide Learning Opportunities on Appropriate Topics in the MS Suite of Products for the PSS Teams: Develop and deliver training and support to ensure that PSS teams have the necessary skills to effectively use the MS Suite of products.
  • Be Adaptable to Change and Working in a Utility-Style Role: Possess a high level of adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to work in a utility-style role.
