**Job Summary:**

The Auto Care Center Service Lead will be responsible for leading the Auto Care Center team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead the Auto Care Center team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and optimize operations

* Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient store operations

* Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience in retail or automotive industry

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred

**Benefits:**

* Competitive hourly rate: $22-$31 per hour

* Annual or quarterly performance incentives

* Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances

* Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed

* Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met
