We are seeking a skilled Food Service Worker to join our team at Triumph Treatment Services.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing nutritious meals, snacks, and hot entrees as part of a cycle menu. They will also maintain dish rooms, wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, dispose of trash, clean, and maintain food service areas as directed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare simple foods according to standardized menus and recipes.
  • Follow all HAACP procedures and regulations established by the Department of Health.
  • Check and record temperatures in HACCP logs, including refrigeration, cooked food, holding food, delivery, arrival, sanitation, and cooling food.
  • Request needed products from cook leads or managers and check supplies or food products delivered by the supplier to ensure they meet the type, quantity, and quality.
  • Clean serving areas, sweep and mop floors, wipe spills, collect and remove trash, replace trash can liners, wash trays and cards, sort and stack dishes, glasses, and utensils, wash dishes, pots, and pans, fill and empty dishwasher, and stack clean dishes, glasses, and cups.
  • Receive and unload shipments of product, storing food away in designated areas within 2 hours of receiving, label, and date product applying the 'first-in, first-out' (FIFO) concept in stock rotation.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred. Work experience in similar duties is required.
  • Educational training related to nutrition or food services is preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 months batch cooking or sit-down restaurant cooking experience required.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance required.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year, based on location and experience. In addition to this, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance, health savings and flex spending accounts, life AD & D and Long-Term Disability, and a 401K plan with employer matching.
