Job Description

The Clinical Lead RN is responsible for ensuring compliance with agency policies and state regulations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of RN Case Managers to provide high-quality home care services.
  • Providing direct client care and participating in performance improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborating with the regional director and other personnel to identify and correct issues and/or improve services.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A graduate degree from a state-approved school of professional registered nursing.
  • A minimum of two years of nursing experience, including one year in home care or a closely related field.
  • One year of supervisory and/or case management experience preferred.
  • Current CPR certification.
