Job Title: Learning Content Developer

About the Role:

Innova Solutions is seeking a skilled Learning Content Developer to join our team. As a Learning Content Developer, you will be responsible for designing, writing, editing, and facilitating learning content that aligns with our learning plan.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop engaging learning content, including presentations, facilitator guides, reference guides, meeting-in-a-box materials, video scripts, and knowledge checks.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to ensure content aligns with our learning objectives.
- Work with legacy learning materials to update and improve current resources.
- Integrate with FTE employees to manage new content requests.

Requirements:

- Strong writing and grammar skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
- Experience writing adult learning materials tailored to different audiences.
- Familiarity with JIRA and MS SharePoint.
- Creative design skills with experience in visual layouts and adherence to Brand Standards.
- Facilitation experience in delivering formal training programs within a learning and development context.
